These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vaji governing your use of the vaji.club platform. These terms apply to all users of vaji.club regardless of the device, browser, or network through which the platform is accessed, and regardless of whether the user accesses vaji.club through a direct URL, a search engine result, an affiliate link, or any other referral pathway.
Using vaji in any capacity — including merely browsing the site without registering — constitutes acceptance of these terms. No separate signature or explicit click-through is required beyond your continued use of the platform.
If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use vaji.club under any circumstances. Accessing this platform as a minor is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal consequences for the account holder of record.
Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account with vaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You have not previously had a vaji account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Account Registration
Each person is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on vaji.club. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, a different identity, or any combination of personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. vaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of this information at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. vaji may at its sole discretion suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable belief that registration information is inaccurate, and may withhold any funds associated with such an account pending investigation.
2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
vaji operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until a player's account has passed standard KYC verification. The KYC process typically requires submission of a valid photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method and source of funds. vaji's support team will contact players directly regarding any outstanding documentation requirements. Delays in providing KYC documentation may result in delays in withdrawal processing, for which vaji accepts no liability.
Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited. This includes accounts created with alternate email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods that belong to the same individual.
vaji accepts the following as primary identity documents for KYC verification: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent bank statement, utility bill, or mobile financial statement dated within the last 90 days.
Account Security & Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address. vaji will never ask you to share your password, PIN, or OTP through any channel — including live chat, WhatsApp, email, or telephone. Any request purporting to come from vaji asking for your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
You must ensure that your account credentials are not shared with, disclosed to, or accessible by any third party, including family members and friends. Any activity conducted through your registered account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. vaji is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
If you become aware or have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vaji's support team immediately via live chat. vaji will take reasonable steps to suspend the account and investigate the incident. Account recovery is subject to successful identity verification.
vaji implements two-factor authentication (OTP) on new device logins and enforces automatic session timeouts on idle accounts. You are encouraged to enable all available security features within your account settings panel. vaji uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and stores passwords using a one-way hashing algorithm — plain-text credentials are never retained on vaji's servers.
All vaji connections are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. OTP two-factor authentication is enforced on new device logins. Session timeouts are applied to inactive accounts automatically.
You bear full responsibility for all activity on your account. Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account PIN with anyone. vaji support staff will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Deposits
vaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other payment channels as made available on the platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. vaji does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which vaji accepts no responsibility.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your vaji account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact vaji support with your transaction reference number before attempting a second deposit.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. Depositing funds from a third-party payment account — including accounts belonging to family members — is a violation of these terms and may trigger an AML review and account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the payment method supporting outbound transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No maximum withdrawal limit is applied to standard verified accounts; however, large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification steps.
Withdrawals are processed within two hours for standard verified accounts during normal operating hours. Black Diamond VIP tier members are entitled to same-day withdrawal processing as a tier benefit. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if your account has outstanding KYC documentation requirements, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, or if the account is under review for a security or compliance matter.
vaji does not charge withdrawal processing fees. If your payment provider applies a transfer fee, vaji may deduct this from the withdrawal amount and will notify you before processing. You are responsible for ensuring your withdrawal account details are accurate — vaji accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account number provided by the player.
4.3 Currency
All balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions on vaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. What you deposit in ৳ is what is credited to your account, and what you withdraw is paid out in ৳ to your nominated local payment account.

Depositing or withdrawing using payment accounts registered to another person — including family members — is strictly prohibited. All payment methods used must be in your own name. Violations may result in account suspension and AML reporting.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on vaji unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
- Each promotion is available to one registered account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure.
- Bonus offers are not transferable between players and carry no cash value in isolation. They may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged in any form.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
- vaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will have any resulting obligation assessed fairly at the time of cancellation.
- vaji reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, exploitation of platform errors, or collusion between players.
- Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
vaji's Black Diamond VIP programme operates under a separate set of tier-specific terms communicated to members at the point of tier elevation. VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and personal account manager access — are subject to review and may be adjusted based on continued account activity and compliance with platform rules.
All bonuses at vaji carry explicitly stated wagering requirements. No bonus has hidden conditions. Wagering must be completed within the stated timeframe. Games excluded from wagering are listed per offer. Bonus funds appear in a separate balance from real-money funds.
Black Diamond tier members receive exclusive seasonal bonuses tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh calendar events. VIP bonus terms are communicated directly by your assigned personal account manager upon tier elevation.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the vaji platform. Engaging in any of the following — whether alone or in coordination with others — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required:
- Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule by any means.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of account management.
- Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your vaji account.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the vaji platform as a vehicle for any illicit financial activity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus claims in a coordinated fashion that undermines the integrity of the platform.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to a human player using a standard browser interface.
- Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or game glitches — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, erroneous bonus credits, or game engine faults — to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a platform error will be voided.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of any component of the vaji platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward vaji support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Accessing the vaji platform using a VPN, proxy, or any anonymisation service in a manner that misrepresents your geographic location or identity.
vaji operates sophisticated fraud detection and anti-money-laundering systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, vaji reserves the right to place an account on temporary hold, request additional documentation, and delay the processing of pending withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. vaji will not be liable for any inconvenience or financial impact resulting from a hold placed in good faith under these circumstances.
vaji operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, money laundering, and bonus abuse. Where these behaviours are detected, accounts will be permanently closed, balances forfeited, and — where legally required — the matter will be reported to relevant authorities.
Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through automated activity will be voided and the associated account permanently closed, regardless of whether the automation was third-party software or custom-built.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vaji.club platform — including but not limited to the vaji logo, brand name, website design, layout, typography, colour scheme, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, video content, and software — is the intellectual property of vaji or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vaji platform for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the vaji platform or its content without the express prior written consent of vaji.
Game content available on vaji — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — is provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO , Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios. vaji is licensed to distribute this content to end users but does not claim ownership over it.
Any unauthorised use of vaji's intellectual property — including scraping content, mirroring the platform, or reproducing the vaji brand assets on any third-party website — will be treated as a serious violation and may result in legal action. The vaji brand, logo, platform design, and all original written content are proprietary to vaji. Game content is owned by the respective studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, etc.) and is distributed by vaji under licence. Neither category of content may be reproduced without authorisation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vaji, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the vaji.club platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, whether from bets placed on sports markets, casino games, crash games, or any other product.
- Loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, server failures, network disruptions, or maintenance windows that interrupt access to the platform.
- Loss resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or mobile financial service interruptions.
- Loss resulting from the actions of third parties who gain unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Any indirect or consequential financial loss, reputational damage, or emotional distress arising from your use of — or inability to use — the vaji platform.
- Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the platform where such data is sourced from third-party data providers.
In any event where vaji is found to bear liability toward a registered player under applicable law, vaji's total aggregate liability to that player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to vaji in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall operate to exclude or restrict vaji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where vaji is found liable to a registered player under law, the maximum liability is capped at the net deposits made by that player in the preceding 12 months. This cap does not apply in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by vaji.
Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure
vaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any registered account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may give rise to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age, or the receipt of a legitimate self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via their registered email address. During a suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, place bets, access games, or submit withdrawal requests. Investigations will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Where no breach is found, the suspension will be lifted and normal access restored. Where a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.
In the event of permanent account closure due to a Terms & Conditions violation — including fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct — all account balances, including real-money funds and bonus funds, may be forfeited at vaji's discretion. Where account closure is due to underage access, all deposits will be returned to the payment source. Where account closure is voluntary (i.e., requested by the player), all verified real-money balances will be withdrawn to the player's nominated payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact vaji support via live chat. Before closing the account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be cancelled. vaji recommends that players review their account balance before initiating voluntary closure.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vaji live chat support. Real-money balances are withdrawn to your nominated payment method before closure. Bonus balances are cancelled at the point of voluntary closure.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud or prohibited conduct — real-money and bonus balances may be forfeited in full. This is without prejudice to any legal remedies vaji may pursue in relation to the breach.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vaji operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market, and these terms are drafted with the intent of compliance with applicable legal obligations in that context.
In the event of a dispute between you and vaji — whether relating to a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus claim, an account action, or any other matter — the first step is to contact vaji's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our support team will investigate the matter and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". vaji's compliance team will review the escalated complaint within 10 business days and provide a final written response.
vaji's decisions on game outcomes are final where those outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer game systems from licensed third-party providers. Outcomes produced by these systems cannot be reversed except in cases where a documented technical fault has demonstrably affected the outcome. vaji will not reverse or void a game result solely on the basis that the player is dissatisfied with the outcome of a legitimately played game.
Step 1: Contact support via live chat — target resolution 5 business days. Step 2: Submit formal written complaint to [email protected] — final response within 10 business days. All complaint communications must be in English.
Game results determined by certified RNG systems are final and binding. Outcomes cannot be reversed on the basis of player dissatisfaction. Reversal is only considered where a documented technical fault has provably affected the game result.
Amendments to These Terms
vaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's features or payment methods, changes in business practice, or any other reason at vaji's reasonable discretion.
When material amendments are made to these terms, vaji will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notification on the platform upon next login, by sending an email to the registered address on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the vaji.club homepage. The updated Terms & Conditions will reflect a new Effective Date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the vaji platform following the Effective Date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
